Machine Sazi Arak has successfully designed and manufactured Iran’s first steam boiler with a capacity of 90,000 pounds per hour, in accordance with international standards.
The successful completion of this project was made possible through sustained follow-up, consultations, and specialized negotiations among Arak Machine Manufacturing Company’s experts, the client, the technical managers, and the commercial partners of the project in Turkey. Throughout this process, the company’s steam boiler technical and sales teams leveraged their engineering expertise, provided comprehensive technical documentation, and highlighted the economic and operational advantages of the domestically manufactured product. These efforts earned the client’s trust and paved the way for supplying the equipment from domestic manufacturing capabilities, replacing a foreign-made alternative with a locally produced solution.
Designed and manufactured for an operating pressure of 17 bar, this steam boiler represents a significant achievement in reducing the country’s foreign currency expenditure. It also demonstrates the capabilities of Iranian engineers and technical specialists in designing and manufacturing high-capacity, high-pressure boilers.
It is worth noting that Arak Machine Manufacturing Company, a leading knowledge-based industrial enterprise and one of Iran’s oldest and most specialized manufacturers of industrial steam boilers, hot-water boilers, and related thermal engineering equipment, plays an important role in meeting the strategic needs of the country’s industries.
Drawing on decades of experience, the company brings together a comprehensive range of engineering, manufacturing, and project execution capabilities, establishing itself as a trusted name and a leading reference in Iran’s steam boiler manufacturing industry.
